Write plugin for CS:GO to send statistics to web api

We need someone to write a plugin for CS:GO (likely with SourcePawn) to retrieve statistics from a game, such as player movements, kills, movement of grenades and so on. After it is retrieved, it must be sent to a REST based Web API custom made for this purpose.
This is a two-month project and it will start in approximately three months.
