I am running a rails front end app (greenlight : [login to view URL]). It is a very simple light weight usermanagement tool. I want to customise with two functionalities.

One is configuring user roles with limitation of rooms and another is configuring them with max participants in rooms.

This may not take few minutes for a rails developer.
