We need to have a cold caller call into high level executives at businesses in New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania to create leads which are interested in the PEO solution (bundled Payroll, Workers' Compensation, Health Benefits, and Human Resources). Our solution typically saves companies 10%-30% on workers' compensation and health benefit premiums and our average yearly increases are minimal, when compared to the open market. We process the company's payroll and also serve as an outsourced human resource group for the business.
