Need a Microsoft Access query written that is a clone to the Replication ID function.

Hi.. I have a table in Microsoft Access that houses many products and has a product code column in the table. I need a query written that I can run to assign a product code to each item that is in this table.

I need something that is a clone to the Replication ID. The reason why I can not use the Replication ID is that it does not upload properly to a website of ours.

So what I am looking for is a query that will assign unique and random item codes in the format of letters and numbers such as 7746-4E6F-AB4C-4EE

Unique is very important as each item needs to be assigned a different code.

So just to re-cap, the product table has a column in it to assign a product code and I am in search of a query that will write a random and unique product code for each item in that table in the format of numbers and letters such as 7746-4E6F-AB4C-4EE

I am looking for this query to be completed by the end of today is possible.
