I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me manage my Google My Business account and improve the visibility of my store locations on Google Maps. The primary goal of this project is to generate more foot traffic and increase walk-ins to my physical store locations.

Responsibilities:

Encourage customer reviews: Implement strategies to generate positive customer reviews on Google, as these play a crucial role in attracting new customers.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries: Regularly check and respond to customer questions, reviews, and messages on the Google My Business platform to maintain a positive online reputation.

Requirements:

Prior experience with Google My Business management and local store promotion is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of Google Maps optimization techniques and local search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and potential clients online.

Proven track record of increasing foot traffic and generating walk-ins to physical store locations through online marketing efforts.
