I'm looking for a programmer to provide the following:
- Create an ASP.NET WebForm application in C # that converts csv, excel files, sql tables from sql server to ESRI SHP and KML, KMZ files.
- Prepare detailed notes on pseudo-code and how the application was built so a novice programmer can customize.
- This is a test project and probably the right person for future work. you should be able to speak fluent English and is willing to use skype.
ESRI SHP, the conversion will be done by points, lines and polygons. Columns that are not used for spatial information may be placed there as attribute values.
- KML Conversion: conversion will be done by points, lines and polygons. Successful bider have other options available such as extrusion, etc.
- Extra Bonus if a developer can add functionality to kml conversion between points, lines, polygons shp for points, lines and polygons.
- Take notes to describe in detail the process of software development.
-It is important that the user interface allows to select the file type (kml or shp).
-It is important that development use only aspx and [url removed, login to view] files, if done called classes (. Cs) must record the note.
