ads playing during tv setup box running using raspberry pi

I need to create ad media player using raspberry [login to view URL] raspberry pi av input and get output. setup box output ll be connected as raspberry pi av input raspberry pi output ll be connected as tv input normally raspberry pi allowed playing movie normally if our set time for ads playing its automatically playing ads in tv again automatically movie ll be run.
