Excel to QB Transaction Import Tool

I have an Excel file from my POS that has all of my purchases for that time period. I need those purchases imported and recorded properly in QB. I have several credit card accounts and this tool must have a table where it reads the data in the spreadsheet and know that it is to to be recorded in the correct QB credit card account. I have attached a sample copy of the spreadsheet which has all of the data that needs to be evaluated.

I have also included a screenshot of our QB setup showing several primary credit card accounts and the sub-accounts which will need to be matched.

We will need to sort out details such as error reporting, allowing or not allowing duplicates, and a few other minor details.
