I need a simple program for windows.
The program must take a photo selected from a folder and take as input from user a % number, apply some simple effects on brightness and contrast and superimpose the % value.
The program has to give as output the photo modified in brightness and contrast and must have the % value on top.

Hello, I can do this in many ways. Do you need to select a direcotry, set the contrast, brightness and then do this for all files in the directory? or select the images one by one? Regards, George
