Visualize a PostgreSQL database using Python and NetworkX library

I have a database with 1,2 million tweets that have been tweeted from 4 different cities. The tweets are stored in the "tweet" table. I have also a table called "users" with the users that made the tweets. I want you to make a python program that will visualize the Users table(user->followers) with the NetworkX library of python. The Users table consists of id, follower_count(how many followers), last_update(last time that the user was updated), json (the json that twitter api sent), follower_ids (all the followers of the user), total_tweet_favourites (a counter of the times all the tweets of the user was favourited),total_tweet_retweets(a counter of the times all the tweets of the user was retweeted), total_tweet_replies(a counter of the times all the tweets of the user was replied), tweet_count(how many tweets the user tweeted).
