The .NET application will be a "Social Selling Platform" that will create an interaction record against the customer ID. The application will facilitate and track all interactions with a customer. The application will make direct social selling much more integrated with effective visitbility on behalf of the client. The client will be able to see their own "Dashboard" which will be a monthly summary of all interactions across the different social selling sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. It will have the ability to create and track relationships as part of the sales process. The "Social Selling Platform" will integrate with social networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
The "Social Selling Platform" allows the sales department to schedule content to post onto single or all social networks.
The "Social Selling Platform" is designed for sales professionals, rather than marketing professionals. The "Social Selling Platform"aims to cultivate one-on-one relationships, rather than broadcast one-to-many messages.
