Q: Up front payment?
A: No, there will be NO upfront payment of any kind.
Q: Multiple milestones, or Hourly rate?
A: ONE milestone ONLY. The milestone, will be created and funded at the start of the project.
Q: Early release of funds. Bonuses. Payment of Freelancer fees.
A: There will be NO release of funds until 100% satisfied per freelancer policy. NO, We pay freelancer the same way that you do.

Status: Under Development (YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WEB APP in any way).
2. Preferences: Details after NDA
Description - We are in process of developing a website/Web App. We need a passionate UI/UX Designer to help us revamp the design. We would also like you to test the functionality fully and also fix the content wherever required ( This includes language and Grammar) .
Please sign the NDA and I will share more details with the shortlisted candidates.
This can turn into a long term opportunity for you.
Scope of work – Full update of User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) for website. Deep website functionality and content testing.
Quality – We will require internal and external testing to prevent bad releases. We will set priorities for bug fixes and improvements.
Resources – We will need to be made aware of your team composition to ensure that a project has appropriate team members who will do their job well
Risks – Please tell us what your team has in place to prevent them or be ready to fix them if they occur?
Communication – Transparency is required at all levels and phases of the project. This may include distribution of css and designs for developer implementation and testing.
Duration - This project will last 30-60 days, or until production deployment of website.
Development – Communication will be done via ClickUp. The team in charge of development will fix/update the items provided. We communicate via Freelancer chat. AFTER HIRE, we may have a call. Also, you will be added to ClickUp for tracking.
