Need google authentication from desktop application

Need to create a small project with following specifications
I have a desktop application build with VB.Net which authenticate users with google id as login and password supplied by me. Once the users are logged in, app allows them to access some google drive files in a browser control based on their access levels configured in my database. I need following things to be added in my app.
1. Currently all gdrive files being access needs to have explicit read access for all the user's email ids and they are able to access those file directly on google drive without the desktop tool.
2. Change I need is irrespective of in app authentication, I want only one admin credential to be supplied by application through app when the files needs to be accessed from google drive.
This is a small fix but I need a developer who has done google authentication in a desktop app problematically already in past with accessing and rendering files in browser control. Bid only if you can do this work for me..
I can do more detailed walk-through of app and specific issue I am facing, once you can show me that you have done similar work in past.
