to make it more attractive. These changes should be very, very minor. Just brush it up, make the current design more attractive, and make it follow the guidelines below. Same photos, same navigation. The average visitor will probably not really know that it's been changed, except it just looks better.
The design must follow the guidelines from:
pages 27 - 39 of the State of Michigan document ( [url removed, login to view] ).
The design should be attractive and clean.
## Deliverables
I will award the contract to someone on Monday.
I will expect the first design within 3 days. I will have comments in 24 hours and need a final design within another 2 days.
This is a tight timeline. I will cancel the project if the timeline is not met.
