Troubleshoot VB.net program. Issue with program working on Surface Tablet. Screen re-draw not working properly.
As you can see on the Normal screen shot ..you place a graphic by clicking on a button from the menu then position the graphic by left clicking and dragging. To "lock" the graphic in place you right click on mouse. When you right click on graphic to "Lock" the graphic in position the screen duplicates as in the Screen_Duplicating Screen shot. This only happens when program runs on a Surface tablet with Win8.1
