Script for Google SERP Positions

We need asap a php script to get the current (first) positions of a given domain on the (german) google search engine result page for request with a mobile and a desktop header (provided by us). A csv file with 8k+ Domains delivers the rawdata for the script. 50% milestone payment after proof of concept as excel file (500 Domains), 50% after delivering the php script and complete excel file.

A search keyword is provided with the domain csv data :)
