Converting Text Content To Simple html

I need someone to format text content in clean html format for conversion to pdf.
Images should be in gif format, width of the page should be 600 px
all sizes should be using the style="" attribute and should be in points not pixels, the page size is a normal letter size, so 8.5 x 11 inches or 612 x 792 points
split the pages in the html into <div class="page"> divs and include the css in an external file.
The style to insert a page break is 'page-break-before:always;'
My content is simple... I am attaching one of the reports I want converted to simple html.
That the width of the page should be 600px is a mistake, all sizes should be in points and the page size should be 612x792 points.
