2 Image galleries required.

Hi all.
I require a simple and quick small project for anyone interested.
I need 2 single page image galleries to be created (something which looks more professional than a photobucket or other paid image hosting gallery)
The theme is Harry Potter, so anyone with any knowledge would be an advantage (useful for selection of images to use and the design, etc) NO copyright material can be included in any part of the design.
An example of a very simple but effective layout I want these based on is here: [login to view URL]
then to personalize them just a background, the titles somewhere
Page No.1 is called '[login to view URL]'
Page No.2 is called '[login to view URL]' + whatever graphics, image, etc you come up with.
Detailed requirements for each:
Front end.
A one page design (to work as the example)
The background colour and any graphics.
Thumbnail images to be approx 120 x 120 each
Expanded images to be approx 800 x 600 each
(I want to be uploading ALL images at approx 800 x 600 size.
I want to upload each picture ONCE only and for that to create both the thumbnail and full size version.
All images on the page to be protected (so no visitors able to right click 'save picture as')
Expanded images each to contain a small text block which I will enter as I upload the image
Simple navigation as per the example above.
Back end.
A simple admin panel for each
A Bulk upload facility for images if poss.
Simple edit facility for editing any text I need to.
There will be a small amount of text to be placed at the bottom of the main pages (1 or 2 lines) this I will send when ready.

with java codes you can have them more intractive and secure. if you want I can make them with flash also that there is no need of upload thumbs and you can add image when ever you want
