Our website [login to view URL], needs an external payment processing gateway to accept secured payments. We have a merchant account and can accept echecks as well and credit card processing. We also need some basic disclaimers and terms and conditions to be agreed upon before customer authorizes payment. We need the same look and feel as our main site and this site will have a separate alias domain i.e. payments.projecthopeconsumerfinance.com. This is a simple job and will not look at overbidders. Not sure of the language needed to get this done. Need this created as soon as possible.
