Web site template

Hello

We need 3-5 psd web site templates. The subject is sportsbook (google it if you don't know what's it). Sportsbook have 3 main sports category: Tennis , basketball, football. Each template must have following pages designed:

1 - Front page

2 - Live betting

3 - Static page with ui elements (alert messages, buttons, tables, forms and so on)

4 - Login form

You have to option here

you can either bid as xhtml (or html5) included or only psd. Ofcourse i will wish to see how you will compose html pages since it's very important for me to inject my php codes.

Rules for html included:

1 - clean codes with notations

2 - exported images have to be in minimal size (i don't need whole table header to be in 1 piece)

3 - I don't want all images to be in 1 spritesheet. I need each image as seperate png file.

4 - Images have to be PNG.

All other extras which you can serve for "free" (or as limited) will give you extra points.

Also, if you forgot any ui element (ect message boxes) i don't want to hear about "extra payment".

You'll get milestones as you finish each template. So don't bother with creating milestones as %40-70 or whatever. Each template %30-20 percent.

If you think you can't do it with my preferred price, you can say how many templates and how much you want for each.

As the last thing: Price is important but as much as result.
