Wordpress customization - Colours to be changed throughout new skin

I have an existing basic HTML/CSS website at [url removed, login to view] (which is very dated) & I have a new website using Wordpress as the backend & the Wootheme "Buro" as the template (Theme URL: [url removed, login to view]) The new Buro theme needs to have the colours/graphics edited to match the old site & the size of the logo (top left hand corner of the buro theme needs to be enlarged to around twice its size (approx 250px across).
I need someone familiar with Wordpress & graphic design/Photoshop/Fireworks skills to edit the new Buro Wordpress template to get the colours as close as is possible to the old skin, but the colours/graphics/css styles all have to match in correctly to give the new skin the right look & feel.
