NING Website Membership development

I need someone with experience using NING ([url removed, login to view]) why? I am trying to build a membership site based on it and do not know how to properly set it up. The funtctions would be basic. For me to upload videos and blogs in which consumers need to obviously sign up and pay for the function. It would be similiar to this site:

If you know Ning inside out and know how to set this up that would be great. I would take care of the graphics but I need the set up to be done first. I would provide access to my ning account and purchuase the 'paid access' upgrade for you to work on. Thank you
