Building a Website for an Online Directory

DHello,
I am in need of a web designer and developer to help me build a website. I have tried to build it myself, by using different themes but i am finding it difficult to navigate the ins and outs of building this website. I have tried to use robolist lite, but didnt really know what to do.
The purpose of this website is a Online directory, specializing in finding local beauty salons, to encourage people to support local businesses. So i will need the website to be designed and also built as well, and hopefully the person i work with will be able to show me how to upload businesses.
I am in need for a website to be designed and built. The idea for the website is a simple, clean and crisp online hair and beauty directory. And super simple to navigate.
I have attached very simple design that i am after, that i have sketched. The colour scheme for the branding is attached. I have the files of the font and the ai files upon request.
I would like the website to be compatible wordpress, so i assume that basically i am asking for a theme to be built so i can amend and add and remove information easily. I hope that makes sense.
If need be i will send some images that you can add to the website that i have bought online that are stock free.
I have attached some sketches that might be able to make things easier with what i am trying to communicate.
Page 1 - homepage
In the top left corner i would like my half logo, so the location symbol. On the same line i would like in the centre the Home, Salons, Blog, Lets connect. Then on the right hand side the words a call to action (Add your business).
I would a picture of a salon in the background, slightly transparent. In the middle i would like my full logo with the name with a white box more transparent.
Next column the section can say “featured Salons”, for now we can have about 6 different boxes, where we’ll show some of the salons. Is it possible if we can have space on the top for the name of the business.
Then scroll down, space for the blog. 3 squares, again space on top for the name of the article.
Right at the bottom, space for the social media icons. Where at the top it can say “lets get social”.
Page two - Salon page
I have two ideas, when the business grows it’ll be divided into city locations.
But for now please can you create a space for 3 business images, then at the bottom the name and the location of the business. With the business image can we have a small border with one of the colours.
Page 3 - the business itself
Please can you create a space where we can add 3 images like a mini slidshow so visitors can see what the salon services offer.
Then on the side please can have the list Name, Services, Business address, Contact number (with a whatsapp icon), Website.
