Design and CSS stylesheets for mobile/tablet devices

We need to run a design audit on our site [url removed, login to view] - looking to update the textures, drop shadows and buttons, etc to tidy them up and standardise everything. Not a redesign - just ironing out the kinks. Main layout will remain the same. You must have experience of updating/ creating CSS style sheets.

ALSO, in addition we need to optimise some of the key pages for mobile. This would include the navigation bar, home page (news feed), profile pages, tutorial page, search results.
