I am after a web designer who is familiar in ASP and also Pegboard

As a first task something we want to do is update the contact us page.
- Drop down menus that give the user options.

We would like to have it where the user selects their type of enquiry and then fields are then provided depending on their choice.
Then when they hit submit/enter the enquiry would then go to the selected email account. Example sales email to go to sales@[url removed, login to view]
There other things we want to get done but this is something prime, even some to improve it as a landing page.
What is current rate, how long would you project to get the above task done also your based location?
