Hello,
I am general manager of a web agency and I need to provide a customer with monthly technical support to mantain and improve their typo3 extranet where people can download file and also partecipate at sort of forum.
I need one or more person who are available every working day to support me and my custonmer with ongoing optimization of their extranet.
I am talking of optimizations in terms of bug fixing and new functionalities (for example automatic e-mails sent out to all the extranet subscriber) but also in terms of look and feel (for example responsive design). So the person or the team need to be back-end (PHP) and front end dev (html & CSS) and also web designer (photoshop, indesign, illustrator).
Every day they might require new support so I need someone who can grant support every working day for the next 6 months. Obviously this doesn't mean that every day there will be a request and that all the tasks need to be finished in one day but the person or the team need to be available to handle ongoing requests.
