Move site to Shopify - help with design/data/setup

I am looking for a Shopify exert that can convert from our current ecommerce platform to Shopify. Our current website is www.networkwholesale.com. We are open to a new design OR would like to pull over the exact site design. We are currently using shopping cart elite.
Needed:
-Professional design
-Home page
-Product Pages
-About US, Contact Us, FAQ's, Returns etc
-Product import via excel
-Quickbooks setup
-ShipStation integration
-FULL SEO support - google shopping/bing/marketplace integration.
We will need this done in the next couple weeks. Please reply with design examples. We only want the best. Please do not bid unless you have done a full Shopify integration from prior website. Must be a Shopify expert and must know how to create custom code. API is a plus as we will want to create a plugin to auto update inventory and price changes. We have 100K products.
