Project for decentralized exchange that is based on blockchain

I am looking for someone to build a decentralized exchange that is based on bitshares blockchain.

What we are building is not a centralized exchange.

I will share detail doc via private chatting.

Before sharing detail doc :

1- I want to see exchange websites you have developed

2- I want to see proof that you have developed the websites(Source code screenshot or checking source code via teamviewer)

3- Good communication is important factor.

4- I need full time developer.

5- Developer must work over 6 days in a week (except Sunday)

6- Before starting project, i want to see technical proposal.

7- IF DEVELOPER (OR TEAM) IS SELECTED, I WILL PAY UPFRONT FOR PROJECT'S SUCCESS.

(this mean i need honest developer)

PS: this project is huge. all developers must read my requirements(1~7) before bid.
