Russian Speakers ONLY: FRONT-END Developer: Seeking right person to join team

I am seeking a front-end developer to start immediately and can dedicate time every day to help with tasks and assignments (1-2 hours max). Payments will be negotiated, however seeking a person who is interested to join a growing international team of experts and is IDEA AND PASSION DRIVEN, NOT MONEY*****. Payroll will be via Freelancer until further notice.

*** MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING***

1) Passionate about design and front-end development (HTML5/CSS3/Ajax/Bootstrap/jQuery/js/Responsive design + understand SDLC / SCRUM/ AGILE preferred)

2) MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN & ENGLISH (not either or)

3) Be interested to prosper and grow in a team environment (multinational).
