Web/UX Designer for work on web application

Looking for a web/ux designer to help work on an in-development web application. We are looking to get help with redesigning pages to create a very fresh, modern, sleek look, but also cater to user needs and provide a great user experience.

We have all of the pages and content already created, you will just need to go through and redesign/reformat. Also, it would be great if you have previous UX experience, to help provide guidance to our user flows, and ensure navigation, doing tasks, and the overall experience is easy, fast, and have some level of fun and enjoyment.

We are looking for someone that has great communication, is available within our timezone (GMT -5 EST) during normal business hours, can speak fluent English, and we will need to see previous work of your designs, and if you have done UX work previous, user flows and stories created would be cool too!

Upon hire, we will fill you in about the details of the application we are working on, but we are unable to disclose any of that information publicly at this time.
