Develop a simple CRUD application for iPad. Such that
* -->user may be able to setup an account in local file system/DB.
* -->user may be able to save some information through a form in local file system/DB.
* -->Administrator may be able to later view reports and export them in PDF.
This application must be uploaded on app store, so any user want to use may download application from app store and use in ipad.
## Deliverables
There is an attachment of Screens concept, i want to immediately start this project so any worker who can develop in less then or with in a week may contact.
