Install Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter on Hetzner Dedicated Server

Please read description carefully before making a bid.
I need someone to perform the following:
1. Install Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter on my Hetzner Dedicated Server.
2. Activate Remote Desktop and give me access as Administrator.
3. Install VNC and give me login details.
4. Make sure that server will boot directly to Windows after server resets and power shutdowns.
5. Make sure that Windows do not show update messages and do not perform restarts on its own.
I will give you direct access to Hetzner robot where you can reset server, enter rescue mode, ask for kvm console time etc. If you require more kvm console time than the 3 hours Hetzner gives for free then I will arrange this.
I have a paid and valid license for Windows Server 2012 R2 DataCenter and will provide the serial key to use for the installation.
Please write in your offer if you have previous experience with Hetzner Dedicated Server and if you have installed Windows on Hetzner dedicated servers earlier.
Please ask me if anything is unclear.
Information update:
- Server is new and has been delivered from Hetzner today in rescue mode without OS.
