This should be very easy for someone who knows their stuff.
I am looking just for a simple wordpress template without any graphics but all color and styling done through CSS as in the sandbox themes.
I would like the layout to be fixed width with 2 right column sidebars widget ready with the pages menu in the top horizontally just underneath the header section.
I'd like the links to change to underlined when moused over and change color once clicked on.
I'd like a solid darker background color of #CD6889 and a lighter gray color for the section headings.
