Stand alone music player for WordPress

We are looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to create or utilize an existing plugin in which we can play files which are hosted on a music download site.
The player should be stand-alone in a separate window to allow the user to keep browsing and add to a playlist which is then pushed to the player.
We wish to be able to use our own graphics, we will make the graphics to your specifications to match.
Here is an example of what we are looking for, animations would be nice but in no way required. [login to view URL]
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating wordpress players or using plugins. We are also open to your guidance to some extent if what we are aiming for is not possible within wordpress.
There may be additional site customization required, looking to form an on going partnership with the correct candidate.
