Hii, I upload my entry with the finished model in addition to several formats, currently model with 3Dsmax which allows to have the slave in inches immediately and scale 1:1 and then taken to CAD the 3D model as well as the 2d plans, axonometric views etc. Already in the FBX the object has materials for VR to be visualized immediately without the need of programs in Windows 10 as well as 3D printing STL format. Hi David,
Thank you for your entry, looks good. It shows your 3D modeling capabilities, please can you continue with it onto the 2D paper space layout for us to see how you woud communicate the door's design to the client and to the fabricator.
Part of what we are doing is looking to build a team of designers/CAD technicians to help us with our projects. We encourage our contestants to dissect all provided information and ask for anything needed to complete the contest. We look forward to judging final entries.
