I have been involved in the computer industry for over 17 years. I have 2 years of experience as a technical support agent, specializing in troubleshooting DSL. I have 2 years of experience as a technical support agent, specializing in troubleshooting DSL. My major was computer programming for business applications at Fanshawe College from 1998-2002. Since then I\'ve mostly been an entrepreneur, specializing in things that have nothing to do with computers. Currently I am self employed and am the owner of AA Advantage Doors. I am still quite active in the computer field however. While I may not design Web pages anymore or dabble in Flash, I still have excellent data entry skills, allowing me to finish very large jobs in a fraction of the time of the average person. Furthermore, my communication skills-verbal and written-are excellent. My experience as an entrepreneur has vastly improved my level of professionalism and responsibility, among other things.
