CSS3 compatible (MUST HAVE) 4. Non-cluttery UI design, with lots of white spaces (some examples are: , , ) (MUST HAVE) 5. Forums, Blogs, Photo Gallery (integrate all Drupal modules with the site) 6. Should be engaging enough for users to register and sign up. I personally like in terms of UI, so if you could clone the entire site in Drupal and change the color scheme to match an educational setting, please let me know the time and cost estimates for this endeavor.
