Build an API that connects two third party APIs

We need an expert in APIs and someone familiar with PostMan as all development will be through that platform.
PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE SOLVED
We have a service that needs to talk to ShipStation. Service A sends orders and updates to us via an API. Those orders need to be imported into ShipStation. Once imported, we will ship the orders. The APIs of ShipStation and Service A can not be changed in any way what so ever. Those APIs are locked and we have zero access to modify them. Please do not ask if we can change their APIs.
We need to build a "bridge" that connects the two APIs. All parts of Service A MUST be mapped to either Google Sheets or ShipStation. Not all parts of ShipStation need to be utilized.
We need to connect Service A to ShipStation via our API. Service A sends us information and we need to take action in ShipStation based on the information sent from Service A. Once actions are taken in ShipStation, an update is sent to Service A.
Meanwhile, all data is backed up to AWS S3 and certain data are pushed into Google Sheets or excel.
PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. We will not accept bids without ensuring that the freelancer is competent and able to complete the project.

Service A documentation will be provided upon signing a NDA.
This API needs a Production & Development environment.
We need the ability to set up access credentials for users to this API.
All API calls MUST go through our URLs and each service must not be exposed to the other.
Once API is tested and completed, we will integrate Xero Accounting into the platform.
Developers with experience in Shipstation/Xero/PostMan/AWS will be given special consideration.
TIMELINE
We needed this project done two months ago. While we understand that it will take time to fix unforeseen bugs, we do not have the luxury of a month to get this done. It needs to be completed ASAP.
EXPECTATIONS
We have been working on resolving this problem for a while and need this done. We need someone who is familiar with APIs and can get this project done quickly. We need someone who can think for themselves and get this project completed quickly. Spending multiple days re-explaining ourselves is not a luxury we have.
