An expert in C++ and C# is required to acomplish with the following requirement.
A c# wrapper for Open CV is required, the basic idea is to use the source forge Open CV C++ code and libraries to generate a C# wrapper and a test app in C#.
The test app in c# must be able to do the same as the Verilook download sample does. it means to be able to register some faces and store in a database usign linq, then run the recognition button and detect if the current computer user in the front of the camera is in the stored images list by doing a face recognition.
To undestand better the requirement please follow this steps.
1) Download the verilook free trial from the neurotechnology site. (search for verilook)
2) Run the verilook sample and look at how it works.
3) Download the open cv source code, and search for the learning open cv O'Really book for more details of how that works.
4) From the previous steps u will be able to have enought info to implement the requirement.
Note that the complete wrapper and test application source code in a well formed project will be part of the deliverables.
VERY IMPORTANT : A DETAILED ACCEPTANCE TEST WILL BE MADE BEFORE TO ACCEPT THE CONCLUDED PROJECT.
