There would be driver that is capable of Taking all file read or open Notification
and Delivers its Action to user mode for deciding whether the file is allowed to open or not.
As well as we require process id for the process which has opened this file in User Mode Application. Users should change settings anytime.
You need to provide a driver that is capable of delivering all the File Read or Open Notification from Kernel
Mode to User Mode and the User mode is also capable of deciding whether to allow or reject that file to be opened.
