We're looking for developer who is expert marshalling com objects in c# as we want to develop custom IRM protector for SharePoint. We lack C++ knowledge and thats why we are looking for someone to fill this gap. We want the code in C# as we need to develop additional functionality later. Microsoft already provide a working code in c++ using this link [login to view URL](v=office.14).aspx

We also learned that it is possible to develop it in c# on this link
