As the client, I am requiring the construction of a retaining wall to enhance the landscape of my property. The requirements for this job are as follows:
Material:
• The wall is to be constructed using concrete, ensuring durability, strength and effective enhancement of the outdoor space.
Goal:
• The major objective of this project is enhancement of the landscape. We are looking to beautify our outdoor area, provide a sense of dimension and make the space more visually appealing.
Wall Specification:
• The retaining wall is to exceed 5 feet in height. Ensure the concrete structure is sturdy, safe and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
Ideal skills:
• Proven experience in California in landscape design and concrete construction is a must.
• Previous experience of similar scale projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge on local building codes and regulations is crucial.
