Convert of a C++ demo code using old OpenCV (2.4 ?) to using current OpenCV (4.X)

The C++ Wavelet library at [login to view URL] contains a demo code for the 2D SWT function. See end of [login to view URL] for the results of the demo code.
The full library can be downloaded from [login to view URL] --> [login to view URL] .
The demo code of Section 3.6. for 2d SWT function can be found in the file: /wavelib/Examples/[login to view URL] . See also attached file.
Those code uses the old OpenCV 2.4 (?) libraries. It needs to get changed to the current OpenCV 4.X. The final output images should be equal to the images at the end of [login to view URL] .
I prefer to get a Visual Studio 15 solution.

It looks short, but it uses some internal functions, which may be incompatible with OpenCV 4. If you only want the example to be moved to OpenCV 4.0, 100€ is fine.
