office assistant in Kemang, Jakarta

looking for an assistant to help in Kemang, Jakarta with adhoc duties such as sales expense logging and reporting, medical claim processing, organising office, running occasional errands. This is a part time position probably 5-10 hours per week.
Work will be in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta during November, then shift to Kemang from December.
