Signal Processing Job (Coherence, Connectivity, Graph Theory, Illustration) in REAL-TIME in C#

I am looking for a motivated and talented freelancer to participate in an interesting signal processing project in C# which includes:
1- Reading data (N data channel) from Bluetooth/IO port
2- Applying conventional signal processing on the collected raw data in real-time such as filtering, DC-removal, common-referencing,
3- Extracting features such as correlation, coherence, time-frequency analysis between the recorded
4- Doing source localization using ICA, PCA, DIPFIT
5- Illustrating results in real-time
The next step is transferring the results to Cloud and a lit-version to a paired app for illustration purposed.
