Job Summary:
Join our dynamic digital marketing agency as a Project Manager and Virtual Assistant, supporting a diverse portfolio of small business owners and entrepreneurs in the e-commerce sector. This role demands exceptional project management skills, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve. Daily responsibilities include conducting Zoom check-ins, managing and uploading products on Shopify and WordPress, scheduling social media posts and emails, creating project outlines, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Trello, MailChimp, Shopify, WordPress, ChatGPT, and various social media management tools.
Strong capability in using AI and modern technologies to streamline processes.
Excellent organizational and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) and maintain high responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
Host daily client check-ins via Zoom.
Manage, edit, and upload e-commerce products.
Schedule and oversee social media and email marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage project outlines and timelines.
Innovate and improve operational processes.
