Altium Designer - 155 Parts to be created

We just moved from Eagle to Altium. We may have more projects in the future migrating our old designs over.
But we're under the gun for a new project and we need the (approx) 50 parts created, then the remaining 105 parts from our own standard library.
This project is to create the 155 parts (with hot focus on the first ~50 in the next few days if possible) including their 3D model, pad layout, and schematic symbols.
All the parts are clearly identified. Many are standard 0805/0604/0402/0201. Most of the connectors are FCI and Samtec which all have 3D models on their websites. A few (like Renesas parts and about 10 LCD screens) need to be created from hand with "blocklike" 3D models.
All the TI parts are likely already in the Altium library. So part of your job is to grab the ones from the standard library if they already exist.
It is expect you own the very latest version of Altium.
The attached list shows most of them... we will scrub the list (I know there's a couple of LCD screens missing, but otherwise this looks pretty complete).
