microsoft excel, organize and combine rows and their values

The attached excel file represents inventory forecasted to be needed for our sock company. The problem is, there is variants organized by 3 pairs, 6, 9, 12, and 15 pairs. Each has its own row for each SKU, and each row has an EST value. We need to consolidate the rows and combine the EST, but the EST need to be multiplied based on pairs (i.e. 12 pair black Large socks has EST that needs to be multiplied by 4 before it is added to the 3 pairs row and consolidated - the the 12 pair row would be deleted)
We want the end doc to have all EST values consolidated and the 3,6,9,12, 15 pair rows consolidated into the 3 pair rows (with correct multiplication of EST value before its added back to the 3 pairs)
Please provide a sample so I can see if you understand what needs to be done
