I have a large file of patient data that is contained in an excel worksheet. (the file is much larger than the example attached)
Each patient is uniquely identified by a chart (patient) number
I would like to use this identifier to separate each patient into an individual data sheet - PDF preferably.
I would then need to have a program devised to upload each patient into a proprietary password-protected program. The programmer cannot have access to the program, other than under my supervision to show how it is performed.
The program would have to enter the identifier into the "find" field and then perform several clicks that bring the program to the window that attaches the appropriate data sheet to that patient. (see instruction sheet)
To do this, the program would have to find the patient's PDF (based on the identifier that was discussed), and upload the data sheet
Ideally, the program would do this automatically, uploading successive patients in the same way until all are uploaded
