update xml file

a simple program that can take an XML file and update three values, creating a new XML file using additional data provided in a text file.
1.- Files required: .xml and .pos (ascii text file)
Check attached files to identify structures
2.-Create a new XML with the same structure and fill it with data as described below
3.- Read Time in XML file and check if the same time is in the .pos file
Example:
In XML file:

<Time>155130</Time>
<Latitude>-23.780252</Latitude>
<Longitude>-70.319290</Longitude>
<SpeedGPS>21.0</SpeedGPS>
<HeadingGPS>268</HeadingGPS>
<HeightGPS>682</HeightGPS>
<HeightBaro>597</HeightBaro>
<Pitch>0</Pitch>
<Roll>-1</Roll>
<Yaw>268</Yaw>
<TempC>0</TempC>
<FlightMode>2</FlightMode>
<NavigationLine>34</NavigationLine>
<ServoTrigger>312</ServoTrigger>
</Data>
<Time>155130</Time>
Then search for this time value in the .POS file
2018/07/19 15:51:30.000 -23.780251079 -70.318848525 714.0586 2 5 0.0482 0.0399 0.0930 0.0196 0.0335 -0.0347 0.00 1.2
Then update <Latitude>, <Longitude> and <HeightGPS> with the data detailed in the .POS file
The new XML register has to be

<Longitude>--70.318848525</Longitude>
<SpeedGPS>21.0</SpeedGPS>
<HeadingGPS>268</HeadingGPS>

4.- If the time in the xml is not found in the .pos file, then the <data> will be not consider to be part of the new xml
5.- The program has to run in Windows and have a simple GUI than include: original xml, pos file and name of the new xml
